Musician Eddy Grant threatened to sue the team.
According to the singer, the band Gorillaz stole his tune for their new single «Stylo», borrowing it from his song «Time Wrap» 1983. According to Grant, the party of keyboards in both tracks are identical.
Notably, Eddy Grant and Gorillaz are working with the same record label - EMI. Grant has blamed his publishers that they were not consulted with him before publish Gorillaz's track.
Musicians Gorillaz had no immediate comment on the statement. Representatives of EMI, in turn, refused to comment altogether.
Started farewell tour Scorpions
The first concert farewell world tour, the German group Scorpions, held on 15 March at the stadium O2 Arena in Prague, did not cause any excitement from the local public.
Czech music critics in reports about the show Scorpions were satisfied with the performance level of the team and the good organization of the concert, but at the same time stressed that "the true fans of the glorious group educate their grandchildren a long time and they not to visit concerts, and youth fond of music of other styles and other artists" .
