10 best songs decades
Employees of the British music publication New Musical Express chose the best song of the decade.
Hit parade of tracks, based on survey wording, headed released in 2003, single Beyoncé «Crazy in Love».

Total in top list of the best tracks on the version of the decade NME got a hundred songs. Top Ten hit parade is as follows:

In honor of Bon Jovi guitarist named street
In honor of the guitarist of American rock band Bon Jovi Richie Sambora was named one of the streets in the town of Woodbridge, New Jersey.
Installation plate bearing the inscription «Richie Sambora Way» was held in Woodbridge a few days ago. Richie Sambora Street leads directly to the school, in which the guitarist had once studied. 50-year-old musician, who came to town with his mother, visited the ceremony and attended the opening of the street with a new name.
Renaming streets in honor of the musicians was a rather common practice, wrote lenta.ru. For example, recently one of the streets in Poland, named in honor of The Beatles, a street in the U.S. city of Warren, Mich., was renamed in honor of former Nirvana drummer and Foo Fighters leader Dave Grohl. In addition, in New York a short time (two weeks) appeared ul U2.
Songs of The Beach Boys and The Doors will include Hall of Fame «Grammy»
American Academy of recordings released a list of albums and singles, which will be included in the Hall of Fame «Grammy». Results compiled by experts in the organization list includes 25 items.
Among the selected tracks were, in particular, a single by The Beach Boys «California Girls», released in 1965 on the Capitol label and took the Billboard Hot 100 third place, the song The Doors «Riders of the Storm» with album team «LA Woman »1971, and hit Muddy Waters in 1948« I Feel Like Going Home ».
Also on the list were songs «For Me and My Gal» performed by Judy Garland and Gene Kelly, «Lazy River» Louis Armstrong, «It's a Man's Man's Man's World» James Brown, the jazz standard «Don't Get Around Much Anymore» Duke Ellington and many other compositions.
With regard to the album, which will be added to the Hall of Fame «Grammy» in 2010, the researchers decided to mark such records as the debut release of Bob Marley, The Wailers «Catch a Fire», the fourth studio work of Janis Joplin «Pearl», and «Ella and Basie! »Ella Fitzgerald and many records of other artists.
The ceremony of introduction to the Hall of Fame «Grammy» will be held January 31, 2010 - the day when the Academy will present musicians statuettes of Merit for the year. Whole Hall of Fame includes 851 musical name.
